The online/telephone billing system used by the Village of New Lexington Water Department, Invoice Cloud, will enact a price increase of 50ยข per transaction in May of 2023. This increase will ensure the billing company will be able to deliver new features and functionality in order to improve customer experience for those utilizing the online payment system.
The Water Department window is open Monday-Friday from 9AM-4PM to pay by cash, check, or money order. If these hours do not work for you, you may drop your payment in the dropbox located on Januarius MacGahan Avenue or in the dropbox located in the lobby of City Hall.
