The Village of New Lexington is issuing a Boil Water Advisory for ALL residents effected by the recent water main break on South Main Street and Fowlers Lane. Until further notice please boil all water for at least one minute before drinking, cooking or brushing teeth.
Water still may be used for bathing, laundry and other non-consumption purposes. We will advise residents when this is lifted. We appreciate your cooperation and patience.

The Village of New Lex will be hosting their Community Yard Sale This Saturday, August 2nd, 2025!! The Village will be offering Community Cleanup as well starting Friday August 1st, 2025. The Village will provide Dumpsters at different Locations in the Village. These locations are Kroger Parking Lot, Save-A-Lot Parking Lot, Lincoln Street Behind Madison Park and Arethusa Springs Park. Spread the word! These dumpsters will help those who need to get rid of things no longer wanted. NO TIRES or PAINT should be placed in the dumpsters. Limited supply of Trash Bags and Gloves will be provided for the those in need at City Hall on Friday August 1st from 9:00am to 3:00pm
